A leading Cost Consultancy is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Cost Manager * Quantity Surveyor in their busy London Commercial * Corporate End User team.
You ideally have the following attributes * qualifications:
- Over three years experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Cost Manager
- Hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or related degree * diploma
- Have a professional membership; MRICS, MCIOB
- Be capable of managing commercial schemes from £20m and above
- Have good quality project experience in the Corporate End User sector
On offer are excellent prospects to progress quickly from Senior Cost Manager * Quantity Surveyor up to Associate and then ultimately Director within a short timescale. Genuine equity opportunities exist for ambitious hard working QSs who want to work in a ?reward on results? environment.
